Tasks

Aboutthe role.

Drive revenue growth andbusiness expansion by effectively identifying acquiring andmanaging clients. Reporting to the Managing Director the CommercialExecutive will play a proactive role within the commercial team.This involves initiating and nurturing relationships withprospective and existing clients selling a specific Thetiusproduct/service and strategically closing revenue opportunities.This includes not only meeting but exceeding sales targets andcontributing to the overall success and profitability of thebusiness.

KeyResponsibilities:

Prospectiveand Current ClientManagement

Identify build andmaintain a targeted list of prospective clients. Initiate contactwith new business leads to promote Thetius and its range ofproducts.

Collate valuable information fromprospective and existing clients to contribute to ongoing productservice development.

RevenueOpportunities andQualification

Research targetqualify and successfully close revenue opportunities from both newand existing clients.

Respond promptly to inboundinquiries and potential leads to capitalise onopportunities.

Proposal andQuotation Development

Create andsend out comprehensive proposals for bespoke work including privateresearch and thought leadershipcampaigns.

Generate and deliver accuratequotations for Thetius products the confirmation of which specificproduct will be confirmed following the inductionperiod.

Sales Meetings andDemonstrations

Conduct engagingsales meetings either face to face or online with prospective newand existing clients to drive newbusiness.

Represent Thetius at industry eventsand conferences as required. Utilising these opportunities to raisebrand awareness of Thetius products andservices.

Negotiation and DealClosure

Work closely with theManaging Director to negotiate and finalise commercial deals.Always identifying and exploring new revenue streams andopportunities.

Requirements

Skillsand ExperienceRequired:

Essential

Experience working in a sales/ business developmentrole

Strong interpersonalskills

Ability to communicate and convey keymessages effectively by phone email online meetings andfacetoface

Experience of working to targets anddeadlines

A proven track record in salesincluding developing new business

Excellentnegotiation skills

Strong commercialawareness

Experience of developing relationshipswith people at all levels within an organisation

Excellent time management and organisationalskills

Ability to multitask and deliver to tightdeadlines

Attention to detail in all aspects ofwork

Strong team player but able to work wellunder own initiative

Personal resilience withthe ability to selfmotivate

Demonstrates andpromotes enthusiasm commitment and capacity for hardwork
