Telemarketing Executive

**Location: within an easy commute of Horsham; either home-working with two days per week in the Company office or Company office based.**

**Base Salary to £25K, OTE £32K**

**Either Full-Time OR negotiable Part-Time / Flexible hours (with pro rata salary)**

Well-established software business seeks an enthusiastic person to undertake Telemarketing duties within their friendly commercial team. The company sells a "cloud software" solution designed to make residential care homes safer & more efficient; core dutieswould be to make contact with potential new care home customers via telephone, enquire what system they currently use and offer them the chance of a demonstration of the company’s superior solution. A warm professional manner and good listening skills arerequired, not a hard sales approach (nb this role does not involve closing sales). Additionally, you will record your activity in the CRM system (full training provided, if required) and follow up / keep in touch with potentially interested customers prior&/or after they have seen the software at work.

We are interested in speaking with interested individuals who have some prior Telemarketing experience, be that B2B or B2C, prior experience working for another software company is not essential though may be useful.

We can offer the right person the choice of working from home for most of the week, though we would like you to attend the Company offices twice weekly (or you could be based from the company offices all the time if you prefer). We are also able to offerthe right person a flexible, part-time position, should they either not wish for a full-time role (or are unable to consider one at the present time).
