The Base

As an Operations Associate, you will be based at our Broadlands Business Campus near Horsham in West Sussex. Our spacious campus offers a great working environment, supported by cutting-edge software and hardware. With on-site amenities such as a restaurant, coffee shop, and gym, there are plenty of facilities to enhance your work-life balance. Additionally, we provide a regular shuttle bus to and from Horsham's main line train station for commuters.

What You'll Do

As an Operations Associate, your responsibilities will include:

Completing multiple processes across operations administration Contributing and providing feedback in team meetings Cross-training for multiple functions/administration processes to support different areas of the business Developing a good understanding of Platforms within the Financial Services market Following procedures and instructions to ensure good client outcomes Reviewing data for accuracy Identifying exceptions and making corrections to ensure timely and accurate completion of activities

The Knowledge, Experience, and Qualifications You Need

To excel in this role, you should have:

5 GCSEs, including maths and English language 2 A Levels or equivalent qualifications Willingness to learn Accurate with good attention to detail Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Excellent written and oral communication skills

The Knowledge, Experience, and Qualifications That Will Help

While not required, the following qualifications and experience would be beneficial:

Experience in the Financial Services industry Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
