About the Role

Weare looking for an PA/Administrative Assistant for Fraud Departmenttosupport the Economic Crime team at our client leading the fightagainst authorized fraud and collaborating with various workinggroups andcommittees.

Responsibilities:
  • SupportAuthorized Fraud Committees Panels and WorkingGroups.
  • Manage working groups and industryinitiatives in the authorized fraudspace.
  • Organize meetings and produce relevantdocumentation including minutes and stakeholderupdates.
  • Provide administrative support tomembers and stakeholders.
  • Ensure actions frommeetings are delivered and closed.
  • Definepilots/proof of concepts (PoCs) with clear objectives successcriteria scope and resourceestimates.
  • Establish and maintain strongworking relationships with internal and externalstakeholders.
  • Represent the clientin liaisingwith key stakeholders including regulatory bodies governmentdepartments and law enforcement.
  • Understand andmanage the needs of different member and associate member businessmodels.
Requirements:
  • Educationto degree level or equivalent.
  • High level ofwritten accuracy/literacy.
  • Excellent PowerPointskills.
  • Attention to detail in presentationsand consistency checking.
  • Organized able towork to deadlines and across overlappingprocesses.
  • Completerfinishermentality.
  • Delivery focus and ability to workto tight deadlines.
  • Highly motivatedselfstarter able to work with minimalsupervision.
  • Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills.
  • Able to work effectivelyas part of a team.
