Join our growing Coventry and Kenilworth team as a Community Liaison Officer. In this role, you'll develop key industry relationships, strengthen client connections and expand our customer base. You'll drive growth by improving our presence and raising awareness of our services, conduct marketing activities, research and report weekly on your progress and collaboration with the wider team to enhance our client and carer acquisitions.


Responsibilities:

· Manage all aspects of business development

· Build relationships within the community

· Develop marketing and promotional activities

· Keep all adverts and marketing materials up-to-date

· Maintain and update all networking databases and referral files

· Conduct market research to identify new customers and markets

· Achieve and exceed figures targets

· Plan and maintain networking campaigns

· Collaborate with managers and departments to ensure a smooth acquisition process and customer satisfaction

· Provide regular reports on sales activities and pipeline status



Requirements:

· Experience in sales

· Experience in preparing and managing promotional campaigns

· Understand sales and marketing within local communities
