WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Tealium is seeking a Marketing Manager. The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks (e.g. websites, email) to convey continuity of Tealium’s brand image and messaging. Your central goal is to help grow our brand’s influence across Northern Europe while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness. This position contributes to strategic marketing initiatives in the digital scope, as well as other marketing programs within the department (e.g. events, social media, communications) and shares cross-functional knowledge with marketing team members.

The person assists with various high-level and low-level tasks. This position will, at times, assist in project management to execute other digital marketing efforts through external vendors. The Marketing Manager may be involved in research and discovery of tools and resources to streamline and/or improve Tealium’s digital marketing efforts or processes. You should love working as part of a team in a fast paced, energetic environment.

This position reports to the VP of Marketing, EMEA. The ideal candidate resides in the United Kingdom. 

YOUR DAY TO DAY

Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion across various marketing channels.

Utilize Marketo email marketing automation platform to create and manage targeted email campaigns, ensuring optimal deliverability, engagement, and conversion rates.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align on lead generation goals, optimize lead handoff processes to ensure seamless integration with Salesforce CRM.

Create and manage Salesforce campaigns to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights to optimize campaign performance and ROI.

Continuously analyze and optimize marketing campaigns using data-driven insights, A/B testing, and experimentation to improve conversion rates and drive incremental revenue.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with sales stakeholders, providing regular updates on lead quality, pipeline performance, and marketing campaign effectiveness.

Work closely with cross-functional teams including product marketing, content marketing, and digital marketing to ensure alignment of messaging and strategy across all marketing initiatives.

Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in demand generation and marketing automation, proactively recommending innovative strategies to drive business growth.

Generate ROI event reports for performance evaluation.

Ensure proper accounting and communication of leads to the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team.

Support the EMEA Marketing Team on trade shows, field and partner events where needed. 

WHAT YOU BRING TO TEALIUM

5+ years of experience using Marketo

5+ years experience using Salesforce for reporting and campaign management

Administer Wordpress CMS for multiple corporate web properties

Help design and/or develop email newsletter templates for use in marketing automation campaigns

Experience working in an Enterprise B2B SaaS environment 

Fluent English required

Ability to travel up to 20% within region
