We are looking for an experienced and strategic Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team at Together.

As the Social Media Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing social media strategies for our portfolio of clients.

About the role

As the Social Media Manager, your focus will be on planning, creating, and implementing social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth. You will work closely with both internal teams and clients to understand their goals and develop effective social media campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in social media management, particularly within agencies or the FMCG and Food and Beverage industries.

This position requires an individual who is highly organised, a self-starter, and capable of managing their workload independently while ensuring all tasks are seen through to completion.

Additionally, this role demands creative flair - someone who can develop engaging content, manage social media campaigns, and produce high-quality video content. 

Key responsibilities will include:

Creating and curating engaging content across various social media platforms Managing social media accounts, monitoring activity, and responding to customer inquiries Analyzing social media data and providing insights and recommendations to optimize campaign performance Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing Collaborating with internal teams to integrate social media with other marketing efforts Plan, script, shoot, and edit videos that showcase our clients' products, services, and brand stories.  Feature in videos and present to the camera when necessary, bringing a personal touch to the content.  Utilise video editing software to enhance video content and ensure it meets professional standards.  Developing and implementing social media strategies for clients that align with their brand objectives Showcase strong understanding and capability with the Microsoft Office suite. PowerPoint and Keynote.  Showcase understanding and capability, and desire to learn with creative software such as Adobe Suite and Canva. 

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.  Proven experience in social media, preferably within agencies or FMCG and Food and Beverage industries.  Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.  Proficiency in video production and editing software (, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut Pro)  Exceptional creative and storytelling skills.  Ability to feature confidently and naturally in video content.  Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media metrics and trends.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.  Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
