**Digital & Social Media Executive**:
You will take on the role of Digital and Social Media Executive at the consultancy working to deliver both B2B and B2C integrated communications campaigns for a wide range of clients.

Our client will need you to be just as comfortable driving forward new strategies as working at the content coalface - making sure that all messaging is on brand and on target creating engaging and compelling social content, analysing and improving the effectiveness of campaigns across all social platforms. Pitching new ideas to clients and prospects, with a focus on creating conversations and engaging with clients’ customers.

Experience of delivering effective and impactful LinkedIn campaigns is an absolute must, in fact in-depth knowledge of LinkedIn and all its functionality is crucial.

As well as organic social campaigns, you’ll also be comfortable developing effective and measurably paid social campaigns. With an understanding of interpreting results and knowing what success looks like for both organic and paid campaigns in a clear accurate way.

**What we need from you**:

- Passionate about staying up to date with the latest trends and innovations in social media.
- Agency background.
- Creative in approach & never complacent in delivery, with good visual flair, an excellent writer and communicator with an eye for detail.
- Keen to maximise our client’s holistic approach to PR and communications and boost that with excellent social and digital activity.
- Self-motivated and able to drive forward strategies and set the social media bar at a high level for the consultancy and its clients.

**Skills & experience**:

- Able to think creatively and write compelling copy for all social media platforms, audiences, and clients.
- Eager to share and drive creative ideas that will gain excellent results for clients.
- Strong communication (written and verbal)
- Seasoned in building content for and managing multiple social media schedules on behalf of clients.
- A strategist, able to create social media strategies for clients alongside Account Leads and wider marketing and PR activity.

**Can work with **
- Agorapulse (and/or other scheduling / analytics platforms)
- Platform Ads Managers and native tools
- Google Analytics
- Canva (and/or other graphic design-based software)

**The Consultancy & Package**:
Comprised of a close-knit, hugely dedicated PR team that works in partnership with their clients to deliver communications campaigns that often reach far beyond the original remit.

Our client is looking for a driven and experienced social media manager who can lead and manage the social media marketing service and team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the team at a highly reputable independent public relations and marketing communications consultancy as it continues to grow its social media service and team - based in Nottingham and serving a portfolio of predominantly B2B with some B2C clients.
