Job Summary

The Crew Scheduler will support the Operations team/Base Manager in ensuring the daily flying programme is executed within regulation for crewing levels and customer requirements.

Respons. & areas

The Crew Scheduler primary accountabilities & responsibilities are as follows:

· Management of short and long-term crew scheduling for Aberdeen and cover for other bases

· Flight scheduler for Aberdeen

· Key customer liaison to meet flight schedule needs

· Travel to other Bases as required for Operations cover and support

· Ensure all administration is carried out to the required standard and regulation

· Training of any new flight operations officers

· Regularly work with other bases to provide support with any flight requests

· Ad-hoc Operations Officer cover

Experience

· Currently employed within the NHV Ground Operations department in Aberdeen

· Possess professional, friendly and customer-focused personality

· Willingness to learn and develop

· Proven ability to work under pressure

· Must be well organized and be able to work independently and as an active member of the team

· Must be detailed orientated and able to work in a fast-paced environment

· Dangerous goods qualification/experience

· Previous Experience with crew rostering and FTL Scheme

Skills

· Crew scheduler will work Monday to Friday basis (Operations desk cover if required for short term sickness and Leave when required)
