About this Opportunity

This Marketing Executive role is ideal for a bright, proactive and qualified marketer to join and support the New Business Communication Team in the Marketing Dept.

The Marketing Executive will look after and manage communication of the Tusker scheme to a selection of new customers who are ready to launch a Tusker scheme to their employee base. They will work closely with the customer during the implementation stage and for 3 months after launch to identify, create and provide the most suitable marketing collateral for the customer to create awareness about our scheme to their employees.

What you’ll need

Design and production of customer specific marketing material such as flyers, posters, direct mail and e- communications from template

Work with customers to identify the most appropriate marketing channels for awareness of the scheme and provide suggestions of awareness initiatives based on best practice

Create bespoke communication plans for each customer to ensure a maximum engagement at launch and for the following 3 months to maximise scheme penetration and take up

Work collaboratively with internal teams and Employee Benefit Partners to ensure they’re updated with customer marketing plans and initiatives. Plan and organise new customer events to promote the scheme including roadshows and webinars. You may also be required to represent Tusker at these events.

Log all customer campaigns and communications on SalesForce

Create customer landing pages in WordPress

And any experience of these would be really useful

Outstanding writing skills

Excellent communication skills

Strong organising skills and attention to detail

Creative thinking

A proven ability to plan and prioritise work

Strong sense of urgency

Ability to work well under pressure and team player

Preferably holds a marketing degree or qualification with at least 1 years commercial marketing experience
