About the role

We are a dedicated team committed to supporting children and young people (0-25) with disabilities, guiding them toward brighter futures. Our approach is centered on empowering families and carers, enhancing the lives of these individuals through personalised care and support.  As a Senior Occupational Therapist with us, you'll be committed to delivering consistently high-quality services and driving positive outcomes for individuals.

You will assess and support children, young people (0-25) and families in variety of settings including their home, schools, and communities.  Your assessment will be outcome focused, recommending and implementing intervention that are least restrictive to reduce the impact of disability and promote independence. 

In order to achieve positive outcomes for children, young people and families, you will be engaging with housing grant departments, health, education and other disability and equipment services.
