Your assessments will focus on achieving measurable results, recommending and executing interventions that are minimally restrictive, thereby mitigating the effects of disabilities and promoting autonomy.
To ensure successful outcomes for children, young people, and families, you will collaborate with housing grant departments, healthcare providers, educational institutions, and other disability and equipment services.
