Senior Sales Engineer

High Wycombe - 4 days in the office

Ebury’s Mass payments division is a highly successful department within one of the world’s fastest growing fintechs. The team services a book of enterprise-level accounts with complex global payment and currency management requirements, and is currently within an exciting period of significant growth, backed by group investment to meet ambitious future targets.

As a senior member of the technical sales team, you will manage inbound leads from the wider group in terms of: qualifying, solutions architecture and on boarding through to implementation.

You will have a track record of polished client-facing commercial skills, particularly at c-suite/board level, and can articulate payment/FX related concepts to a range of different stakeholders (i.e. technical, senior mgmt, operations etc). You may have technical/project management experience, or solutions architecture experience within a technical setting, but can blend commercial/sales discussions and technical implementation focus to deliver on commercial/client on boarding targets 

Responsibilities:

Work with existing Mass Payments sales team and wider Ebury group to drive Mass Payment growth via sales and technical sales support Become a product expert in Ebury’s payment platform and technical payment capabilities – particularly at the operational level Be involved at all levels of the sales process, managing an existing pipeline of warm leads through to completion, particularly from a technical sales standpoint Manage own book of prospects where required, qualifying and completing enterprise-level sales Be an expert in Ebury’s payment platform, offering, and wider products in order to confidently deliver a best-in-class sales experience for our prospects/future clients Balance operational and commercial priorities in order to identify profitable prospects amongst a wide range of leads/verticals and client source
