Senior Sales Engineer

Candidates should possess a background in payments or payroll systems.

Ebury's Mass Payments division is a key component of our organization, thriving within one of the world's fastest-growing fintech enterprises. This team caters to a portfolio of enterprise-level clients with intricate global payment and currency management needs, currently experiencing a dynamic phase of growth, supported by group investments aimed at achieving ambitious future objectives.

As a senior member of the technical sales team, your role will involve managing incoming leads from the broader organization, focusing on qualifying, solution architecture, and onboarding through to implementation.

You will demonstrate a proven history of refined client-facing commercial abilities, particularly at the executive or board level, and possess the capability to convey payment and foreign exchange-related concepts to a variety of stakeholders (including technical teams, senior management, and operations). You may have experience in technical or project management, or solutions architecture within a technical environment, but you should also be adept at blending commercial discussions with a focus on technical implementation to achieve client onboarding objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the existing Mass Payments sales team and the wider Ebury group to enhance Mass Payment growth through sales and technical support. Develop expertise in Ebury's payment platform and its technical capabilities, particularly at the operational level. Engage at all stages of the sales process, managing a pipeline of warm leads to completion, especially from a technical sales perspective. Manage your own portfolio of prospects as needed, qualifying and closing enterprise-level sales. Become an authority on Ebury's payment platform and product offerings to deliver an exceptional sales experience for our prospects and future clients. Balance operational and commercial priorities to identify profitable prospects among a diverse range of leads and client sources.
