Opportunity to work within Barnardos Equally Safe Service as part of our group work programme, working alongside families affected by Domestic Abuse
Woman's Wellbeing Group - Work - rolling 10 week wellbeing program for women affected by domestic abuse to support recovery. Children Group work - programme, involving participation, promoting children rights, increasing resilience and healing from trauma. Participation Group work - working with women with lived experience to have a voice and contribute to service design and delivery.As this post would cover Forth Valley services there will be other opportunites to be involved in working alongside CYP and their families within the service to help them reach their full potential.
Although this contract has a permanent status, please be aware that this post is subject to funding currently to 31st March 2025 and therefore should this funding not be extended further, you may be subject to a redundancy consultation or a TUPE arrangement.

Whilst the full pay band and salary range is advertised, our approach to starting salaries is to appoint between the minimum to mid-point of the pay band – this ensures that pay steps are available to reward our colleagues annually based on their contribution to excellence and alignment to our values and behaviours.
