Job Description

The Project Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting project managers and teams in the successful execution and completion of various projects. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role requires the ability to multitask, prioritise, and collaborate effectively with team members.

The Role

  • Schedule and organise project meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and prepared.
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and closure of projects by coordinating various project activities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and meeting minutes.
  • Prepare regular project status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication within project teams and across departments to ensure everyone is well-informed and aligned.
  • Serve as a point of contact for project-related inquiries and provide timely responses.

Qualifications

  • Excellent administration skills
  • Highly competent using Microsoft office, particularly Excel
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure
