What you'll be doing

Train in the Atlassian applications and Adaptavist tools, processes, and best practicesOnboard and become familiar with customer application serversMonitor and respond to customer requests through the Adaptavist Jira service deskAdvise customers on how to best use the Atlassian applications in their businessCreate projects, configure permissions, workflows, user management and other solutions at the request of the customersWork on multiple administrative activities according to agreed upon customer prioritiesCommunicate with the customer and other team members to understand and deliver configuration solutionsSolve issues and provide best practice recommendations to the customerRecord your work and timeFollow security protocols that the customer may establish

What we're looking for

Awareness of the Atlassian toolset, in particular, Jira and ConfluenceFluent in French, written and spoken Demonstrable experience in consulting or user supportDemonstrable problem solving skillsComfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a virtual face-to-face environment through online tools (e.g. WebEx, Zoom, Slack, Skype, etc.)Excellent written and verbal communications skillsAn ability to think innovatively and creativelyPersonable, helpful and professional attitude

Experience administering the Atlassian toolset, in particular, Jira and ConfluenceExperience customizing Atlassian software through the use of workflows and add-ons, for example ScriptRunnerKnowledge of the build process/Software Delivery Life Cycle – Continuous Integration and DeliveryExperience in using GitLab or Sonatype softwareAny knowledge of Linux or databases
