Intervention & Enforcement Coordinator

Do you enjoy delivering effective ASB support by resolving, reducing, and enabling preventative measures? If this is you, please join us as Intervention and Enforcement Coordinator.

In this critical role, you will demonstrate a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and support in delivering excellent Housing services. You are responsible for overseeing the delivery of excellent housing management and Ant-Social Behaviour services to communities within the Eastlight Homes. You will support the development of services tailored to residents affected by ASB, ensuring compliance with regulatory, contractual, and quality standards.

Key deliverables:

  • Identify vulnerable victims and perpetrators of anti-social behaviour utilising a vulnerability matrix.
  • Progress cases requiring legal action in accordance with legislation and the anti-social behaviour policy and strategy.
  • Monitor tenancy compliance and tenancy agreement breaches, ensuring appropriate actions are taken.
  • Provide proactive support to internal and external stakeholders in identifying and investigating anti-social behaviour and breaches of tenancy conditions.
  • Advocate for customers to assist them in responding to communications from other organisations or any legal notices from creditors or public bodies.
  • Actively engage in case conferences with internal and external key agencies to determine where preventative intervention is needed.

You will have:

  • Experienced in working with vulnerable customers, offering them advice and guidance.
  • Proven track record in dealing with the public and delivering a positive customer experience.
  • Skilled in engaging and empowering residents in managing their homes.
  • Ability to establish trust quickly and effectively with customers and stakeholder
  • In-depth knowledge of the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014, as well as other relevant legislation.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Must possess a full, clean driving license and have access to a car, or be able to travel across the region for work purposes.

  • £41,033 Annual Salary
  • Car Allowance: £2,200
  • Permanent Full time Contract
  • Annual wellbeing grant of £200 per annum – Subject to eligibility • Group stakeholder pension plan (Eastlight will double, up to 5% of the employee’s contribution - Employee 5% + Eastlight 10% = Total 15%)
