Business Support Administrator - 6 weeks - Cardiff - Immediate Start

The Opportunity

Yolk Recruitment Public Sector & Not-for-Profit team has partnered with a large public sector organisation to recruit a Team Administrator to join their team. They are an extraordinary organisation with a diverse workforce and inclusive culture.

This is a Hybrid role working 2-3 days in the office Monday- Friday. 35 hours per week.

What the Business Support Administrator will be doing:-
The ideal Business Support Administrator will be responsible for

* Undertaking audits of CRM records and departmental processes

* Processing and responding to member and customer enquiries received via any method

* Undertaking other membership administrative tasks as required/directed.

* Processing new membership applications and re-instatements, including processing payments via Direct Debit, cash and card.

What the successful Business Support Administrator will bring to the team:-
This role is suitable for someone who has:-

* An understanding of confidentiality and dealing with sensitive data

* Brilliant communication skills both written and verbally

* A good skill-set across all Microsoft Office Applications

* Skilled at analysing information from data and translating findings to communicate appropriately.

What the Business Support Administrator will get in return:-

* £15.93 per hour

* Monday to Friday with no evenings and a hybrid environment
