‘This role is an hourly paid role at £11.94 hourly rate. The salary advertising is an example of the annualised salary for someone working 37.5 hours a week. If you work part time, this will differ’

Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:

•Who we are and what are our age ranges? The people who live there are varying in age from 50-62

•What challenges we have? All 4 people have limited verbal communication, but can make them selves understood and what they might have. We have 3 people who have seizures which staff need to be able to follow plans in place.We have lots of music and dancing, healthy well cooked meals with fresh ingredients.

•We have lots of personal care which staff need to be comfortable with and treat people with the dignity and respect they deserve.

•We need staff who are able to drive as we have mobility cars that need to be used and people we support to be encouraged to go out. ( this has been a difficult process after lockdown asthey have become quite comfy staying in.)

•What are the staff team who support us trained in. staff need to have medication training finance training, moving and repositioning.

What is important to us

All people we support are all individuals with differing needs goals and its about reading support plans and spending time with them to see what they need from staff to enhance their lives and support them to reach their goals and inspire their dreams.

Other information

There are differing shift patterns we have 2 staff on from 7am-8pm every day and a sleep in each day. So the sleep in shift starts at 12 noon until 12 noon next day.
