About you

Our client is seeking a talented Graphic Designer with the ability to create compelling graphic elements for their product, website, and marketing collateral.

The ideal candidate will have experience in illustrations, motion graphics, video, and brand ownership.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that their brand identity is consistently represented across all touchpoints, as well as elevating the overall quality of graphic design across the company.

This role is suited to someone with at least four years of experience in graphic design, with tech and startup experience being especially important. Some of the work you may have been involved in could include creating marketing assets, producing website and app illustrations, and even product design.

You'll be proficient in industry-standard design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. You should have a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating clean, intuitive, and visually appealing designs. Experience in motion design and luxury branding is a major positive.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment are crucial.

First and foremost, you will be taking on a role that you can truly shape into your own. Design is a major priority at our client, and you would be taking a lead on the graphic design element of this. You'll also get to work with incredible product designers, who you will support and be able to learn from.

  • Salary in the range of £36k-£45k + annual bonus, depending on experience (please still apply if your expectations are outside this range)
  • Async work (minimal meetings).
  • 25 days holiday per year, plus bank holidays.
  • Fully remote within 4 hours of UTC; lovely office in Fulham, London for optional collaboration.

Our client is a young, design-led healthcare technology company helping 1000+ private doctors, surgeons, and clinicians across the UK run their practices more efficiently and effectively with their web platform and mobile app.

For too long, medical software has been clunky, user-hostile, and complicated. They are changing that. Several customers have described them as "the Apple of practice management software." It is essential to them that their software is beautiful—in terms of efficiency, aesthetics, and how it makes their users feel—and they want their brand to match this too.

Having doubled in revenue in 2023, they’re now looking for a curious, talented, and experienced mid-senior level Graphic Designer to work alongside their head of marketing, as well as cross-functionally with their product, sales, and support teams.

They are a bootstrapped, profitable, and remote-first company, and they intend to keep it that way.
