Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Create visually stunning designs for promotional materials, including posters, flyers, banners, and digital assets.

2. Develop and maintain consistent branding across all communication channels.

3. Collaborate with marketing and events teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.

4. Produce eye-catching social media graphics to engage and grow our online audience.

5. Stay current with design trends and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the table.

6. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.

7. Work closely with external vendors and printers to ensure the accurate production of materials.

Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the entertainment or hospitality industry.

2. Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

3. Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.

4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

5. Understanding of print production processes and specifications.

6. Knowledge of social media platforms and trends.

7. Creative thinking and a passion for pushing the boundaries of design.

**Education**:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
