XS Entertainment is currently recruiting for professional Graphic Designers to join the XS Entertainment design team.

**Having experience in the following would be highly desirable**:

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in graphic design (Not essential)
- Knowledgable in all aspects of graphics and design
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure, to communicate effectively and meet deadlines
- Outgoing personality and ability to discuss design both verbally and in writing
- Knowledge of the music and media landscape and relatable graphic design
- Passion and strong understanding for music and pop/urban culture
- Big ideas and the belief that anything is possible
- Ability to work with others in a positive and productive manner

**Our aim at XS Entertainment is to build one of the most successful record labels and entertainment companies in the world. **The Graphic Designer must have the vision and belief that this is possible. They must also have extreme drive to succeed at everything they do.
