This role will develop and deliver the GPB brand building proposition across GPB segments ensuring that the GPB offering aligns seamlessly with brand identity in a compelling and cost effective way across all markets. This is newly created role which will have a unique opportunity to make a tangible and positive impression on the Global Private Banking proposition. 

In this role you will:

• Lead the brand proposition across the continuum working with all key stakeholders to ensure an attractive and commercial offering in each market 
• Work with other relevant business lines such as Commercial Banking to ensure appropriate products and services, and optimum use of delivery channels to deliver a competitive/profitable offering for Entrepreneur clients 
• Collaborate with Marketing teams to define the appropriate content, events and thought leadership at an appropriate cost to serve
• Deliver new features across all markets and segments to provide global consistency
• Optimise the client experience by understanding and utilising client insights, Net Promoter System framework & identifying pain points

Requirements

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

• Significant working experience of Private Banking & Wealth - essential
• Demonstrable experience of developing and designing propositions - essential
• Prior experience within a Management or Business Consulting environment - desirable
• A methodical and structured thinker with an agile working approach
• A proven ability to manage upwards in a complex organisational environment

This is a hybrid role based in London.
