As Alumni Support Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in planning, preparing and delivering our alumni community programme to ensure an excellent experience for participants, clients, faculty and speakers. You will report to the Alumni Manager and collaborate closely with the Data and Insights Lead and Programme Coordinator to achieve this.

Key responsibilities:

Execute programme planning, preparation and delivery to the highest standard. Act as the first point of contact for all enquiries related to the alumni programme. Use Salesforce CRM to expand databases of stakeholders, alumni and mailing lists. Assist in delivering webinars and events for the Goldman Sachs 10, Small Businesses UK Programme.

You should have strong interpersonal skills, a proven track record in customer-facing roles and be self-driven with a positive outlook and a focus on delivering high-quality output. Prior experience in event and project management, as well as hosting virtual or hybrid events on platforms like Zoom and Teams, is required.

You must have the Right to Work within the UK as this position may not amount to enough points under .
