WHAT TO EXPECT
This role is responsible for the facilitation and delivery of the transformation project portfolio for the Solihull site.

The role will require a cross functional approach to delivery, in order to improve the Solihull footprint and the efficiency and effectiveness of the processes, facilities and services on the Solihull Plant.

Solihull is going through significant change, using the: OUR PEOPLE – OUR PERFORMANCE – OUR FUTURE mindset as our site mission. The site is being transformed into a workplace that enables people to thrive and deliver their best to increase performance and protect our future.

The Transformation Project Lead will utilise the sites key Themes and KPI’s by overseeing a portfolio of projects that identify areas of required improvement to enable the necessary changes. The role will review, facilitate and govern projects following a recognised governance process.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Lead various site projects across site.
- Collate and track full site projected capex needs and requests reporting out to senior leadership.
- Manage and track finance for projects and reporting out on deliverability.
- Track project spends to ensure cash out timeframes are on plan to target.
- Facilitate and manage projects that are required to enable changes that are in line with the Solihull site vision and key objectives.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Relevant previous experience of Project Management including consistent delivery of targets.
- Experience in Team Management including the management of multi-skilled cross functional teams.
- Microsoft package elements Power Point and Excel
- Experience and understanding of delivering KPI’s.
- Proven ability to work within tight deadlines & be able to manage and prioritise multiple activities simultaneously.
