Project Coordinator

As a Project Coordinator/Administrator, you will support the pre-construction phase of projects, working closely with project managers, estimators, and clients. You will play a key role in ensuring the successful planning and organization of construction projects, from initial concept through to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of pre-construction activities, including budgeting, scheduling, and procurement.
- Support the project team by maintaining project documentation, tracking progress, and ensuring all paperwork is accurate and up-to-date.
- Coordinate communication between clients, subcontractors, and the internal project team.
- Prepare and distribute project reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant documentation.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules, ensuring timelines are met.
- Help manage project budgets by tracking costs and processing invoices.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements during the pre-construction phase.
- Provide administrative support to the project management team as needed.

- Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in a project coordination or administrative role within the construction industry, with a focus on pre-construction.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to prioritize tasks.
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
