The Role

As a People Support Specialist you will work within the People Team providing effective, high quality administrative support to the Resourcing function.

 

You will support on key administration covering areas such as Recruitment, On Boarding, Reward & Benefits, Engagement, Learning & Development, Talent Development & Succession Planning, Welcome & Induction, E Learning, HR Systems and HR Administration. 

 

This is a remote based position with the requirement to travel for key meetings.

 

What are we looking for?

 

You should have experience of working in an administration support role with the ability to offer a high standard of customer service. You will need the ability to positively challenge and influence key stakeholders to ensure recruitment best practice is upheld.

 

Knowledge of HR & Recruitment is ideal however not essential, the ability to prioritise your workload whilst working to multiple deadlines and maintaining quality is key. You will ideally hold a Level 3 CIPD. However, this is not essential as PeoplePlus can fund this as part of your employment.
