Join us as a European Revenue Growth Business Partner and you will be part of a growth engine for our European business. This is an opportunity to join our fantastic Media City sales team where you will enjoy driving end to end collaboration on future focused business transformation initiatives.  In this role you will be inspiring and influencing cross functional colleagues across Europe to provoke action, focused on driving strategic growth for Kellanova and beyond. You will be responsible for supporting transformation business Leads across various streams like implementing trade promotion optimization, scoping future of field sales or driving European-wide capability building RGM programme.

 

You will have flexibility in a hybrid role (required to be in our Manchester Head Office, 2 days a week).  The RGM team attend the office on a Tuesday and the 2nd day is flexible/choice of the employee. This role offers many perks from summer hours to annual bonuses and a fantastic pension plan, but it also offers you the opportunity to influence our growth opportunities and make a real impact with senior leaders.

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Support –Act as a supporting link between IT, technology providers and cross functional teams in EU to ensure effective tools and ways of working across the region.
  • Collaborate- Partner up with RGM transformation leads to unpack the current state of play and build playbooks for allocated streams in terms of ways of working. This will be followed by developing and building project and change management plans to deliver the evolution of our streams across people, tech and processes.
  • Inspire – Grow strong cross functional relationships to facilitate the delivery of our plans and inspire others to have an RGM mindset, while helping to build our capability across the business.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

  • Experience of commercial and/or finance and/or IT experience within FMCG is essential.
  • Change management knowledge and experience.
  • High level understanding and experience of utilizing tools and capabilities needed to sell with the ability to tell a story through a presentation, turning data into insight, into action.
