What we are looking for:
We are looking for experienced, nurturing and dedicated individuals, who can provide an outstanding level of childcare and allow our young people to achieve amazing outcomes.
Woodside Farm is a new, two-bed service proving immediate intervention and trauma-informed, therapeutic support. Over a 12 week placement, our young people are given security, support, and stabilisation in a nurturing and peaceful environment. Every placement provides PACE principle residential care, access to education and participation in outdoor/adventure activities.

A minimum 12 months experience in a children's residential care homeA level 3 (or above) diploma in residential childcare (or close to completion)A Full driving licence issued in the UKA keen interest in outdoor and adventure activitiesApplicants must have full right to work in the UK with no restrictionsIn depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations, expectations and best practice Values in line with Esland's, such as taking a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcareDue to industry regulations, applicants must be aged 21 or aboveSuccessful employment is subject to satisfactory Full Enhanced Disclosure, right to work and reference checks in line with government regulations and Safer Recruitment Practices (the company will cover the costs).
