The role of facilities and procurement coordinator will be to oversee the 3 warehouses facilities requirements. Completing minor requests actively alongside office/transactional support for the procurement department across the contract. 

Successful candidate will be required to obtain and maintain security clearance prior to commencing employment, this includes being able to provide a minimum of 3 years consecutive UK employment/education & residential history

Day to Day 

Facility management; minor repairs and maintenance across all sites  Procurement support; gathering quotes, booking repairs, raising Pos and creation of business cases  Escorting and supporting contractors to complete maintenance works  Building cost saving analysis to get the best outcome for the business and client Management of maintenance logs across all sites Liaising with contractors - confirming and checking works carried out to the highest standard Reducing Facilities costs across the contract by utilising CI, analysing data and taking a proactive approach to Facilities Management and responsibility of all MHE across the contract; cataloguing all items, proactively managing service schedules and repairs 

What will you bring?

Excellent verbal and written communicator; experience in engaging multiple stakeholders. High level of Compliance - detail orientated Experience in Facilities management.  Use of hand tools  Procurement experience
