Your Mission


In this hands-on leadership role, you will oversee the design, documentation, and implementation of both the customer journey and marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's ambitious growth targets. You'll need strong commercial acumen and a proven ability to manage budgets and meet ambitious sales targets, driving business growth and profitability. As a leader, you will also oversee the recruitment, development and management of the team, including making hiring and firing decisions.

You will need to adopt a 'scrappy' start-up mentality, ready to tackle challenges with creativity and resilience, and take a hands-on approach to building the business from the ground up.

Key Competencies

  • Proven experience in leading start-up or high-growth businesses, with a track record of scaling operations.
  • Strong background in SaaS sales or the energy sector, with an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within these markets.
  • Ability to create and implement effective customer and marketing journeys that enhance the customer experience, increase brand awareness and drive lead generation that results in sales growth.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing budgets and leading sales strategies, ultimately achieving ambitious revenue targets.
  • Leadership experience in building, managing, and motivating a high-performing team with a focus on sales, operations, and customer success, including making strategic hiring and firing decisions.
