JOB PURPOSE
The role of the Senior Stock Presentation Specialist is as follows.
è Support the Luxury Division management teams with all aspects of stock presentation.
è To ensure that Harwoods stock is presented both physically and virtually in the best possible way.
è To ensure the group SPS community is presenting stock to the group standards.
è Ensure brand partner standards are adhered to.
è Cover all Harwoods sites when required.
Covers the Luxury division as a priority however this is a group role as and when is required.
Director of used cars and BAM Heads of Business
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
è Image vehicles to the Harwoods image & OEM standards.
è Advert descriptions to be written to the relevant trained standards.
è Set online adverts ready for the GSM / SM to price and publish the Vehicle.
è To attend Biweekly Luxury Stock reviews.
è Maintain consistent Online Presence quality on Harwoods website, Manufacturer partner brand website(s), 3rd party websites, Pinnacle, Salesforce.
è Ensure internal systems are kept up to date with current and correct data.
è Ensure cosmetic vehicle preparation standards are adhered to.
è Develop and maintain full knowledge of all products, optional extras, prices, and key features – Product research.
è Ensure physical presentation meets required standards – Ensure sites are free from litter, stock is presented clean, well-spaced out and in line with the sales managers requirements.
è SPS Training and on boarding.
è Ensure another Group SPS is trained in Luxury image standards.
è Floating SPS across group when required – absence cover.
è Assist the Director of used cars with digital transformation.
Driving Licence and IT proficiency essential.
