As our Contracting Support Executive, your role is essential to ensuring that the Contracting Department has excellent administrative support. You’ll be expected to foster strong working relationships across multiple departments, all the while being present for colleagues within the department and supporting them in their day-to-day roles.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll take ownership for administrative support needed to support Contractors and Contracts Managers in designated geographical regions.You’ll populate Management reports and maintain Departmental Archives.You’ll take ownership of contact maintenance.You’ll prepare and distribute booking reports.You’ll resolve contract queries with internal stakeholders and key external partners.You’ll support the department by managing travel arrangements.You’ll maintain payment information in internal finance portals and update records.

You’ll have a strong attention to detail.You’ll have excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with challenging situations and relationships with key stakeholders.You’ll have the ability to self-motivate but also work effectively in a team across multiple departments.
