Your role

The Procurement Contracts Co-ordinator will be a key position supporting the management of the contractual agreements for the RNLI. You will be involved in gathering, validating, analysing and presenting data to the contract managers and Category Managers. This will help ensure contracts are managed within budget, cost variances reported and contracts are renewed in good time.

You will be able to use your skills in working with stakeholders, analysing data and reporting information to support contract managers and other teams to influence, develop and deliver successful contracts within the organisation. Working as part of a dedicated Procurement team and with other key stakeholders your understanding of the value of data, ability to analyse it and facilitate insight driven management will be of immense value to the RNLI in its drive to modernise and improve its contracts with suppliers.

About you

To achieve this, you will be able to demonstrate a good understanding of the use of Microsoft Office tools , Microsoft Dynamics or similar, business analysis tools and reporting techniques (Power BI ideally). You will be confident presenting reports, communicating to teams, analysing data for key stakeholders and working with other senior members of the RNLI team.

The successful candidate will have strong business analyst skills and the confidence to build excellent, productive, working relationships within the RNLI. You will be self-motivated, flexible and able to adjust to new situations and environments quickly. It is essential that you are able to communicate ideas clearly and persuasively, in both written and oral forms.
