  • TheAnalyst will also assist in issue resolution operationalizingGovernance practices creating and socializing IT Governanceartifacts (such as IT audit responses control processes etc).
  • This position will also assist in extendingthe scope of ITD Governance Security Architecture and ProcessImprovement.

Responsibilities:

  • The IT Governance Analyst is responsible for providingsupport to IT services and will align IT investments withenterprise business goals as well as Agency guidance.
  • Support technical review and compliance reporting for ITChange Management and Project Delivery processes.
  • Support technical writing and review for the divisionsflagship governance documents and policies.
  • Support security policy interpretation reporting andtraining.
  • Support IT Audit Response and auditfinding remediation efforts
  • Provide input intothe augmentation of a governance model for ITDs criticalprocesses.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated knowledge or experience in IT Auditresponse.
  • Demonstrated knowledge inpolicy/technical writing.
  • Experience withdrafting business or executivecentered briefs presentations andreports
  • Knowledge in SharePoint onlinerepository management preferred.
  • Knowledge ofIT Audit and Compliance response processes
  • Understanding of IT Governance and compliance bestpractices tools with willingness to learn Commonwealth or AgencyImplementation
  • Ability to work independentlycreatively and analytically in a fastpaced teamenvironment
  • Ability to balance time and effortacross multiple projects while supporting emergent needs withstrong organizational and detailoriented skills.
