Job Title: VDOT Hybrid/Local Security Analyst with IAM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Hybrid Security Analyst with IAM and Governance to join our team at Tech Brand Staffing LLC. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance on Information Security principles, including identity and access management, IT risk management, and business continuity and disaster recovery planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement security architecture and governance policies and procedures
  • Conduct risk assessments and compliance evaluations to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement security solutions and best practices
  • Provide training and education on security awareness and incident response
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging security trends and technologies

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in information security and governance
  • Comprehensive knowledge of identity and access management and IT risk management
  • Experience with business continuity and disaster recovery planning
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud-based technologies and identity and access management
  • Knowledge of Commonwealth of Virginia's Information Security Standards and/or National Institute of Standards and Technology Publication 80053
  • Experience with security awareness education and training
