As a Service Delivery Support you will be part of our dynamic team, where you will provide essential administrative and operational support to our Service Delivery Coordinator and Facilities Managers across a diverse range of industrial and retail parks. You will be responsible for managing internal systems, handling quotations, purchase orders, and invoicing, as well as producing comprehensive reports to ensure all tasks are executed to the highest standards. Reporting to the MS and VOIDs Manager, you will be an integral part of our team, taking ownership of financial processes, ensuring system accuracy, and driving excellence in on-demand services while championing continuous improvement. This role also involves building strong internal and external relationships and maintaining clear communication with colleagues and clients. Based remotely or in Leicester, with occasional travel required, this position offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a significant impact on our service delivery.

And as a Service Delivery Support with Bellrock, you’ll do it by

  • Act as a reliable support function for the portfolio’s Service Delivery Coordinators and Facilities Managers
  • Monitor fluctuations of sites in scope, ensure internal records are up to date
  • Monitor Vizta database to ensure any changes to the portfolio allocations are reflected on the platform’s Customer display
  • Assist with the delivery and management of actions from the Asset Sustainability Plan for each site and to assist with the update of actions on Deepki system
  • Own the process of inputting the void meter reads onto Inenco system
  • Manage and maintain the Vizta live chat from assigning the request to seeing them through to completion
  • Assist the SDCs and FMs with coordination of quotes, POs and corresponding billing.
  • Ensure Bellrock POs and supplier POs are received and issued in a timely manner.
  • Interact with various accounts/projects departments to resolve issues relating to service delivery.
  • Assist in the production of required documents & reports.
  • Assist FMs with the management of Track Record, manage the upload of void properties documents to TR.
  • Coordinate the closure of any ISO 14001 audit actions for your portfolio.
  • Carry out responsibilities under Bellrock’s Health and Safety Policy and Equal Opportunities Policy, which are appropriate to the job.
  • Review the Vacant Property Inspection Reports daily, and notify the relevant Property Managers of any issues flagged on the reports.
  • Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide a quality seamless customer service.
  • Any other duties as decided by the Line Manager

Working arrangements

In this role, the successful candidate would be required to be homebased, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch.
