Working as a Customer Service Agent you will ensure all inbound customer calls are managed correctly and requirements are processed right first time.

What you’ll do:

Respond and take ownership of our customers’ orders and to deliver inspirational customer service. Answer customer enquiries relating to our products and services, in a way that reinforces the benefits of being a customer of Etex Building Performance. Undertake additional, customer related activities as reasonably requested by your Manager. Be the key contact for customers and external sales team by proactively managing all aspects of the customer ordering process end to end.


What you’ll bring:

Previous experience working in a busy customer service environment (preferably within a construction / manufacturing environment). Strong attention to detail and high accuracy when undertaking order processing. Professional telephone manner plus ability to build strong working relationships with customers and colleagues. Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent) at grade C or above. Ability to use Microsoft & Excel – Basic level.
