Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Passenger Service Agent. As a Passenger Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to airline passengers, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet passengers and assist with check-in procedures
- Verify passenger identification and travel documents
- Assist passengers with baggage check-in and retrieval
- Provide information on flight schedules, delays, and gate changes
- Assist passengers with special needs or requests, such as wheelchair assistance
- Coordinate with other airport personnel to ensure efficient boarding and departure processes
- Handle passenger inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of passenger interactions and transactions

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient handling of multiple tasks
- Ability to analyze situations quickly and make sound decisions
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
