THE ROLE
There is now a unique opportunity for a Resource Planner to join their team to ensure the seamless running of their numerous ongoing projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Allocating both permanent and seasonal crew to projects
- Reviewing resources according to skill, expertise, and project requirements
- Identifying opportunities to upskill employees for future projects
- Hiring and onboarding seasonal & agency employees
- Allocating material and identifying shortages
- General administrative duties including rota planning
- Redistributing team members when required
- Communicating and collaborating across internal departments
THE CANDIDATE
Experience within either the events or construction sector is essential, with an understanding of what is required to deliver a variety of events. The ideal candidate will also have a solid commercial mindset, with confident communication skills and an understanding of prioritisation.
