**Digital Media Planner (Marketing)**

Are you interested in driving success in the digital landscape, crafting strategies, amplifying performance in the Marketing Department? As digital Media Planner within our Marketing team, you will develop and implement a digital marketing strategy that will result in increased sales. You will manage and enhance business performance across all digital touchpoints.

**Responsibilities include**:

- To develop integrated digital media strategies.
- To co-ordinate the implementation of digital media plans.
- To propose and manage digital campaign budgets, utilising split ad testing as appropriate.
- To negotiate with external agencies and drive their performance across all digital touchpoints including SEO, paid and social.
- To collaborate with internal departments to deliver fully integrated campaigns.
- To identify meaningful KPI’s and track digital campaign performance.
- To analyse campaign metrics, prepare performance reports, and provide recommendations.
- To monitor market trends and identify new opportunities in the digital media landscape.
- To supervise and manage website effectiveness and constantly strive to improve sales conversion and opt-in rates, together with other key metrics.
- To segment our audiences into meaningful and usable subsets.
- To monitor and manage the balance between in-house and external resource.
- To monitor the website to ensure it remains error free.

**Expertise required**:

- Deep knowledge of digital media marketing including paid search, display advertising, SEO, and social media advertising.
- Significant and broad digital marketing experience
- Experience with campaign management and ad serving technology, including Google Analytics.
- Test and learn philosophy.
