**The Role**

This is a full time role, in a friendly and flexible work environment that suits family life.

**Responsibilities**:

- Organising and directing all product and property photoshoots, with a strong emphasis on video-creation for social channels
- Creating regular seasonal campaigns to roll out across all socials / mailers / websites
- Working with external suppliers for paid ads on Google (and occasionally Meta and PR partnerships)
- Maintaining SEO across both websites
- Uploading products and writing product descriptions for the website
- Working alongside creative agencies to design and print marketing collateral and signage for general brand awareness and specific events
- Developing relationships with appropriate influencers
- Planning social content over multiple channels, using existing imagery from our asset library.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organisation and planning.
- Budgeting and Data Analysis.
- Experience with using Social Media platforms.
- An interest in interiors and styling.
- A proactive self starter.
- Motivated to get stuck in and take on a variety of tasks.

Full Time Hours

Flexible Working

**Salary**: Dependent on Experience

30% Staff Discount

Pay: From £30,000.00 per year
