Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project and Resource Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing long-, mid-, and short-term integrated site plans and schedules for all onshore and offshore activities. The Planner will also oversee resource management, including demand forecasting and optimizing the use of resources to maximize productivity. This role will require a proactive approach to identifying risks and opportunities and providing recommendations to site management to ensure the efficient execution of all operations and maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Integrated Site Planning and Scheduling:
  • Develop and manage long-, mid-, and short-term integrated site plans for all onshore and offshore works.
  • Translate long-term plans into daily schedules, including generating daily transfer and personnel lists.
  • Identify planning risks and opportunities and provide recommendations to site management on potential program slippages or capacity to accommodate additional work.
  • Resource Management:
  • Perform demand forecasting across the year for vessels, resources, spares, tools, and contractors.
  • Develop resource models and plans to maximize yield and productivity.
  • Propose innovative solutions to balance available resources against operational requirements.
  • Collaborate with management to develop associated work patterns and plans.
  • Logistics Planning:
  • Plan logistic solutions to maximize operational time at wind turbine generators (WTG) and minimize travel times and distances.
  • Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Management:
  • Manage and update the CMMS (SAP) with accurate records of equipment and resource usage.
  • Raise, manage, and close job requests in the CMMS to maintain an accurate overview of operational activities.
  • Progress Tracking and Reporting:
  • Track the progress of all operations and maintenance activities, including retrofits, inspection campaigns, service progress, and jack-up campaigns.
  • Keep site management informed on the status of all ongoing and completed works.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Project or Resource Planner in a similar environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge and experience with planning and scheduling tools, including MS Project.
  • Experience with SAP and CMMS software for maintenance management.
  • Strong data analysis skills and the ability to translate data into actionable plans.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to propose innovative solutions.
