Dynamic and results driven Telesales Account Manager Join our team  We are seeking a motivated individual to join our sales force as we contact potential customers and present our company's outstanding products and services. With a focus on achieving sales growth both with existing and new customers, we're looking for someone with experience in management of inbound demands from dedicated target accounts.
  • Drive sales growth with both existing and new customers.
  • Manage inbound inquiries from designated target accounts.
  • Proactively sell service contracts via phone and electronic media to a specified list of customer accounts.
  • Create quotations based on customer requirements and communicate relevant information effectively.
  • Provide high-level sales support by responding to all queries efficiently, professionally, and promptly.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Highly motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic
  • Extensive experience in a sales-oriented environment
  • Proven track record of working with KPIs and consistently meeting targets
  • Strong time management skills
  • Significant experience in a telephony environment
  • Customer-centric approach with a focus on selling to customer needs
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
