What you’ll do

As Office IT Advisor you will provide a high quality and professional initial support service to internal and external system users with Office IT related questions and support they may require. 

•You will provide initial support to the internal and external system users from face to face environments to webchat. 
•You will manage the recovery of all returned devices and ensure accurate asset records are kept. 
•You will organise the distribution of IT equipment to the users. 
•You will support with the build and distribute replacement devices as necessary. 

Who you are

•You will have a good understanding of Microsoft Operating Systems. 
•You will have good experience working with laptops and desktop hardware maintenance. 
•You will have exceptional customer service skills with great attention to details. 
•You will have clear communication skills with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. 
•You will be organised and have experience working to tight deadlines.
