This position allows for remote work with occasional office visits for team meetings, check-ins with external agencies, and meetings with foster carers.

Key responsibilities include:
- Working with and advocating for children, nurturing their individuality, and promoting positive development.
- Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of safeguarding legislation.
- Supporting and working directly with foster carers to achieve the best outcomes for children in their care.
- Recruiting and assessing potential foster carers to expand our network.
- Participating in out-of-hours advice and support services for foster carers.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A degree in Social Work or equivalent.
- A proven track record of working on behalf of children, with a genuine commitment to their well-being.
- Up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation, including national minimum standards and fostering regulations.
- Exceptional administrative and report-writing skills, coupled with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Autonomy and the ability to prioritise effectively in the face of conflicting demands.
This role offers a competitive salary of £40,200.00 per annum, including a car allowance of £4,200.
