What's involved in this Restaurant Manager role:

  • Leading the team at a 3 Rosette standard of service
  • Maintaining a consistently professional, efficient and friendly service in all areas
  • Building a rapport with guests
  • Staff training and development
  • Back office duties

What's required?

  • Experience managing at Assistant Restaurant Manager level
  • Ideally 2/3 Rosette experience
  • Enthusiastic and ready for a challenge
  • Commercial acumen
  • Drive, ideas and passion
