About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our Food and Beverage team. This role involves overseeing our prestigious fine dining restaurant, known for its exceptional service and use of locally sourced ingredients.

Responsibilities Include
  • Manage the Road Hole Restaurant and Afternoon Tea operations.
  • Ensure adherence to cost-control measures and productivity targets.
  • Comply with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Food & Beverage on business growth strategies.
  • Supervise menu offerings and maintain quality standards.
  • Optimize staff schedules and expenses in line with business activity levels.
  • Train and support associates to deliver top-notch guest service.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction levels.
Requirements

Salary

This is a full-time position offering 40 hours per week and a competitive salary package, including a variety of benefits for associates.
