Nos experts en Événement client sont compétents dans un large éventail de tâches en lien aux événements et sont chargés de s'assurer que l'événement est bien exécuté du début à la fin. Qu'il s'agisse de faire la mise en place ou de démonter l'équipement, de transporter les fournitures, de prendre les commandes, d'interagir avec les clients ou toute autre tâche connexe, l'expert en Événement client fait en sorte que les clients sentent que les transactions font partie de l'expérience.Peu importe votre poste, certaines choses sont essentielles pour réussir - la création d'un lieu de travail sécuritaire, le respect des politiques et des procédures de la société, le respect des normes de qualité et veiller à ce que votre uniforme, votre apparence personnelle et vos communications soient professionnels. Le rôle d'expert en Événement client signifie être sur vos pieds et vous déplacer (se lever, s’asseoir ou marcher pendant une longue période de temps) et mettre la main à la pâte dans votre travail (déplacer, soulever, porter, pousser, tirer et placer des objets pesant jusqu’à 25 livres (11,4 kg) sans assistance).
